Thanks ;D
It's always amazing when one can have fun with his own creations, rather than struggle with them.
You do know that one day these mp3 will be golden rarities, aye? You know, "early years" stuff ;D

Another song in the works which will likely not make it onto the concept due to not fitting the rest. I am thinking of removing Tycoon as well, and recording a different solo album altogether with other songs I am proud of, but don't fit the concept.
Anyway, this new song is easily the best I've written to date. Just needs lyrics, but it's a dark epic (aka, 6 and a half minute) which sounds somewhere between Tycoon and Pariahs, but more dramatic, and creepier (without using cheap tricks and sound effects). This is also the closest I have come to "Folk Metal" yet. There is a nifty acoustic riffy bit in the middle. It is tentatively titled "Dreams of White Tigers", and a friend of mine might co-write some lyrics are sing it with me. I am excited.

On second thought, I am going to keep them on. I can give them certain arrangements to make them fit musically. Sometimes, I overthink the album. Yes, they will most likely be included.

www.myspace.com/multiplemikeThere's a new random up here. Won't be on the album. Too single-esque. Was having problems getting it to work on MP3.com due to the sound quality. More introspective.

You can always distribute it a s a single-only, like Radiohead did with Creep. It was Creep wasn't it?
Or, it could go b-side. One of those ultra-rare diamonds.
And yes, it's golden.

Thank ya! gmailed.
It's easily the catchiest thing I have ever written. One of my better vocal performances, too.

Fuck it, this might end up on the album too. It's becoming more of a concept album about an idea rather than a specific story. And I am beginning to see how it might fit.

However you process it, it is great. I really love your style, and this is not flattery. Keep on like this, you're on the right way.

Oh man. That sounds medieval... and zen. The buzz almost sounds like a waterfall. If you manage to take it out... you can place a waterfall sound there, it'd fit perfectly.
Well done sir ;D

Thank you. I didn't write anything. I was having a stressful time and decided that recording something would be therapeutic, but didn't have anything finished to record. Everything you hear there was completely improvised. I don't know if that makes it sound better or worse.

Well. It sounds structured, so kudos to you for being able to improvise structure. I'd say both improvised and non-improvised have their place. Go with what your muse asks of you ;D
