I'm a binge music buyer...maybe there's a self-help book for people like me? I'll walk into a used record shop and come out with cds that I didn't know I "needed" until I flipped past them in the bins. Ugh. 50 bucks lighter...
These are the things that I've NEEDED in the last 14 days:
England's Glory - Legendary Lost Album (YES! I love Peter Perret!) Signal To Trust - Folklore (local) Sicbay - Fort Busy Signals (local) Superhopper - Music for Downtowns (local - guess I like the local "S" bands...) Raveonettes - Whip It On Muddy Waters - The Real Folk Blues/More Real Folk Blues John Lee Hooker - Boogie Chillun
Oh, and that's not mentioning the Stones boots I got on ebay that I'm waiting impatiently to show up from Argentina...

I can't remeber wich album I bought last... I think it was Motörhead live at Bolton technical college '77 (Riff 100). $50 for that including P&P. I buy records for about $50-$100 each month, most of them are motörhead.

I really can't remember. I've bought so many lately, I seem to have lost track which was last. But, I'm trying to look for the Germs: MIA, the complete anthology (I think it's called MIA...).

Just picked up David Johansen and the Harry Smiths the other night. I found the secondary Harry Smiths cd, "Shaker" about a year ago and really loved what Johansen was doing...thought I might be lucky and come by the first album secondhand, but I forked over the $15 and didn't feel too bad about it. Anyone else heard any of this stuff?

King Crimson, The Great Deceiver, disc 2...Soon to be mated with my copy of disc one, maybe someday I'll own the whole set...And I've got my eye on an oddball Jimi Hendrix 4-disc set from Oz...
