Inferno/Aftershock - hard to call. Maybe Aftershock is overly loved due to its relative newness, but for now its up there as joint best of the last 5 Motorizer TWIY KoD - although a very close 5th place as I think it's a great album
As Mark said earlier, 5 of the bands best albums IMO. Not bad for a band coming to the end of the road to have such a creative period . Especially as it came off the back of a little run of weaker albums IMO. Hammered especially. I was so pleased when I heard Inferno after the massive let down that was Hammered

Aftershock and Inferno. Coz sometimes the digital escapades really make good songs sound so dead. I'd luv to hear a Motorhead practice sesh y'know??
"massive let down that was Hammered" - so true! Inferno after Hammered was kind of like Bastards after March or Die

Upgrading with two albums that had not been mentioned, my ranking is as follows:
1 Inferno 2 Aftershock 3 Motörizer 4 The World is Youres 5- Kiss of Death
Definitely, Aftershock was a major release, was counting the days to be released and he did not disappoint when it happened, quite the opposite, many songs are on it could be part of the majority of the set list. I think if Lemmy was 100%, it would happen.

I liked Hammered.
Red Raw and Serial Killer suck and Kill the World and Dr Love are average but the rest are pretty strong.
Shut Your Mouth could do without Lemmy saying "Say What" and "No Shit" and such bollocks but a good tune otherwise.
No Remorse is a great track. Some nice musical flourishes in there.
Walk a Crooked Mile and Brave New World are stone cold classics.

1. AFTERSHOCK 2.KISS OF DEATH 4.MOTORIZER 3.TWIY 4.HAMMERED 5.INFERNO
Never understood the why Hammered got such a....hammering...i think its got some wicked tunes Brave new world for a start is one of there best...I dont dislike Inferno, the more metal stuff like that dose not sit as well as the rock n' roll vibe of Hammered. The production on Inferno is a bit over polished for me as well, i feel like Aftershock sounds much rawer and has a earthier feel to it....but thats just me
