I bet it'll turn out reeeally old school... or really modern... or kind of a patchwork of a Whorehouse Bluesy album and a metalish album. It's gonna be fun (it's also gonna be fun to see the reactions).
;D

I don't think it will come out until he's shuffled off.

I iTune'd the new version of R.A.M.O.N.E.S. - it is good! Also, it's a new record as Motorhead's shortest track - beating the old version of the same song.
Also, it makes my KoD finally complete ;D

It's ok, but it's shite in comparison to the original. The new version sounds too thin, I find.

Oooh - that's one nice definition Yeah, it does feel thinner actually. But it's still a record

I gave this CD another spin a few days ago to see if my opinion changed. Snakebite Love and We Are Motorhead both sounded better after a few months thinking they were crap. On Kiss of Death I thought Sucker and One Night Stand were both awesome but the rest was as before. Completely dreadful.

My opinion has fallen somewhat after a year. I would now give it a 3/5. I still think it's a good album, but too many of the songs build up to great hooks, and then fail to capitalize on them by churning out a lousy, not-so-well-thought-out chorus. Sword of Glory and Be My Baby are shining examples.

Continuing the "one year later" series... I think we really need a new motoralbum. I like KoD - but somehow I´m now finding myself yearning for more new material.

Hear, hear.......and let us quickly forget Better Motorhead Than Dead (at least most of it). I´ll hope the guys will find some time (and inspiration) after the Finland-shows in december to go into the studio an deliver us another masterpiece. If it is as goed as KoD I´ll be more than happy.

Aye me too. That's the strange thing. It's not that I don't like KoD. I just am craving for more Motorhead, a yearning I wasn't feeling in the post-Inferno days.
So bleeping gimme MORE I says!

Just got the live dvd from the Motorhead-show on the Lowlands festival (The Netherlands, 08/19/2007). Only 14 tracks but 10 times better than BMTD. Keeps me going on for a while.

Just briefly - it's a wonderful album. It has hints of "Bastards" here and there. I gave it a four out of five. It's certainly much better than "We Are Motorhead" and a worthy successor to one of the greatest 'Head albums ever, "Inferno."

I still don't like it very much...poorly. Inferno was absolutely great...still love it. Kiss of Death is a 'middle' album to me.
