What happened to the posthumous EP by Wurzel?

A couple of years ago it was announced that a posthumous EP by Wurzel would be released. Evo and Lemmy were among the guest artists featured on the EP:

I haven't heard anything about it since, however.

Does anybody know what happened to this release?

I don't remember hearing about this so if you get any info on it could you let me know please
