Lemmy Motorhead panzer hat

I am desperately looking for the patches or the complete panzer hat, Lemmy is wearing in the documentary "Lemmy" while driving the tank.

does anyone know, where i can get the patches or where the embroidery was made?

I'd be grateful for any help / hints etc.

Good question, though I should rewatch the film to answer you.
A general suggestion: Google actually has a function where you can search for specific instances of an image instead of text. You could try that if you have a picture of the patches. Some eBay page might turn up.
