As you quite possibly know / might have noticed, It Is A Very Quiet Time For Forums (the previous, strange-colored sentence is a link. Click it ). But it's not so quiet a time for social networks. Lucky us, No Sleep has always been a club as much as it's been a forum. Therefore, it is now to be reorganized into the first Galactic Empire as a social network über-group of doom. More specifically, we're going Facebook. The No Sleep forum will stay, for whoever wants to drop in and, uh, go all forum-ish and post stuff, and also as an archive of all the awesomeness that we are. So this is a metamorphosis/resurrection as much as it's us growing some new limbs. Pogo dancing is gonna be amazing. No Sleep Loves You. See you there. That is, here: www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=68621255235 ;D

UPDATE!
It's been, good gracious, more than five years and looks like we have some new life in here. Good for us we kept this place open, eh!
Anyways, the Facebook group is also still there. Browse and mingle, be social, all that stuff.
We're so cool, we are.

I think many of us use facebook but are more comfortable (being old and all that!) with a forum environment so bloody fabtastic to find this place and hoping it starts to thrive and populate more!

we have more arguments and work issues over facebook disagreements than anything else! Its useful in one way, naming no names, a woman tried suing us last year after a "fall at work" and Facebook proved she was dancing in nightclubs the day after the "terrible fall" LOL My Mrs is addicted though (to facebook as well as me obviously haha)

Less original though. There was a bizarre time, back when the forum was young, when the few initial users all went and linked album cover art as their avatar pics. No rule was established, but somehow most if us did so and we all picked a different album. Cope had Rock 'n' Roll, Rolly had Sacrifice, and so on. It was very serendipitous. The ELTEE Snaggletooth is still the best for me I think. Sort of an ultimate form, like an electric ghost, although it got a worthy rival in the meantime:
