Hi, I'm new here...just thought I'd introduce myself, my name is Mike, and I just bought the Stone Deaf Forever box set today. So far I'm through the 2nd disc and this thing is just kicking my ass! I also had a chance to see them last month when they came through town, and it was an amazing show!

Welcome! Now when you got the Stone deaf box you can listen to all the motörsounds through the years, both studio and live. After a while you will find your favourite era of headbanging. I suggest that you buy all albums, they are all worth listening to... Even "March ör die" and "Another perfect day", no matter what they say...

Everything I've heard so far sounds great! Besides the box-set, I also have 'Overkill', 'Bomber', 'Ace Of Spades', 'No Sleep', and 'Rock & Roll'.
I have yet to be disappointed!

Looks like you're going quite chronological. Most of us find themselves favoring either the old or the new material. It's kind of a two-schools thingie I guess. Inferno, the latest one, is a superb sum of the new stuff and my personal favourite. Sacrifice is the heaviest one. 1916 is the easiest one (but very good anyway).
Modern school guy dixit.

I have yet to be disappointed! If you stay away from Hammered and We are motörhead until you got the others you'll stay satisfied. They aren't really bad but all the other albums is much better.

Inferno, the latest one, is a superb sum of the new stuff and my personal favourite Yea I remember the band did three songs from that album when I saw them in April. 'Killers', 'In The Name Of Tragedy', and 'Whorehouse Blues'. Awesome! I think I'm more a fan of the older stuff, 70's & 80's era. I love that raw distorted MH sound of the early tunes!!
