don't know if it's still news - but as i found nothing here yet:
"sucker" from the upcoming album is on a spv-promo-compilation-cd called "rock s'cool". it was given away at various festivals recently (10 tracks, 'head and i think 'cheap trick' have advance-tracks, the other songs are already known)...
it's a promo for a spv-dvd with the same title (the dvd contains about 30 metal-clips, 3 old ones from motörhead - think it's a "special-price"-release, 9,90 on german amazon)
at the moment i'm trying to get some kind of permission from spv to officially post the song somewhere - we'll see what comes out of it...

well I haven't heard anything, but then again Motorhead don't have any shows over here yet ahhh... america, land of the lost... ;D... there's a growing "please send me..."-list on the official board (here: www.blastwaves.com/motorforum/viewtopic.php?t=7242)... or drop me a line if you want... (mp3, ca. 4mb) again: the song is taken from a free promo-cd, so i don't see that much of a problem in sharing it "with friends" - otherwise i would not offer it... still beats buying the promo-cd on ebay imo. but you could also ask spv for a copy - i gave 'em a call on monday, found the cd in my mailbox on tuesday

Are you going the same, no new songs until you hear the album route this time around, Cope? I am trying, as I'm sure it will enhance the album experience, but knowing that this song is circulating, it might prove difficult...

Mikkey Dee says in today's Borås tidning (local newspaper) that Motörhead won't play in Scandinavia on the upcoming tour. They are afraid of overplaying here... And me skipping todays gig in Metaltown (Gothenburg) 'cos I was so sure they were coming here for a tour. Better check out German tourdates.

What? What a fuck you mean "overplaying there"? Tell us more because we already have our tickets to Oulu Qstock Festival.

I don't like it when I'm more familiar with one song than the rest.

No worries On Parole, Motörhead will play at festivals in Scandinavia (Today at Metaltown) during the summer. It's just that they won't have a Scandinavian leg on their tour later this year. But I wouldn't be surprised if they show up after Christmas...

All right, I almost rip off my balls for that news. I didn't find anything relating to postponed/cancelled gigs in swedish magazines so everything goes on like it should be. Order your ticket now and I'll see you in Oulu!

I wish I could. I'll have to pass on this though, I got a wedding coming up in two months and it tend to cost a shitload of cash to get married eventhough we're only inviting the closest...

I just read a review os "Kiss of Death". I confess that I sort of skimmed through it, as I didn't want too much to be spoiled, but from what I gather, the reviewer thinks the album is pretty damn solid. If you want to read it, here it is: www.organart.demon.co.uk/neworgan.htm Scroll down a bit to read it.

In case you missed it: Kiss of death: CD German limited edition: #PGM-SPV -99910 CD German std edition: #PGM-SPV -99912 These will also be available in US pressings, it seems like "Whiplash" will be bonustrack on the German and RAMONES on the US limited edition. It will in pure SPV/Steamhammer fashion be released on vinyl as well in 1000pcs. There's also a picture LP, don't know how many of those they will make, 1000 pcs?
I bet that we can expect Hongkong, Japanese and Russian licencepressings and various piratepressings.
So far I have seen two diffrent promoversion of it. Guess it's an expensive way to the top if you wanna be deaf!
