Earlier it was mentioned that the "Live at Brixton" from 1988 was to be re-released and it has been mentioned that the US release was to contain the whole gig. The following message was picked up regarding this matter:
Originally it was hoped this release would be the complete show, but no one could find the master tapes. They tried to clean up a tape of the full show that I had, but the quality wasn't good enough, so the CD came out as a straight reissue, but with a much better booklet. It was mentioned in MHBs when I first got involved that it might be the complete show...
Hope that helps, Mick Stevenson

Canadian cable channel MuchMoreMusic will be repeating the Classic Albums episode on Ace of Spades this Friday May 20th. The same station had a very short segment on their Loop Weekend program yesterday with a couple of seconds of video recorded at the recent Toronto show at The Docks, and Lemmy answering an interviewer's question. I think they said more of the interview will be included in another program on Motörhead that will air on the station at a later date.

MOTÖRHEAD will be issuing a 30th anniversary DVD, entitled 'Stage Fright', on July 4 via SPV Records.
The two-disc set will feature the band's December 7, 2004 concert in Düsseldorf, Germany on one disc and a documentary feature on the second disc.
The Düsseldorf show was shot with 23 high-definition cameras under the direction of Sven Offen (PAPA ROACH, HEATHER NOVA). Gert Hof, famous not only for his work with RAMMSTEIN, was enlisted to take care of the show's light design. The set features 20 songs from the entire MOTÖRHEAD history, including "Overkill", "Ace of Spades" and "Iron Fist". As a special bonus, there is an interactive DVD check with MOTÖRHEAD, with the three musicians contributing lots of interesting comments about the DVD.
"Stage Fright" track listing:
01. Dr. Rock 02. Stay Clean 03. Shoot You In The Back 04. Love Me Like A Reptile 05. Killers 06. Metropolis 07. Over The Top 08. No Class 09. I Got Mine 10. In The Name Of Tragedy 11. Dancing On Your Grave 12. R.A.M.O.N.E.S. 13. Sacrifice 14. Just 'Cos You Got The Power 15. Going To Brazil 16. Killed By Death 17. Iron Fist 18. Whorehouse Blues 19. Ace Of Spades 20. Overkill
Disc Two includes interviews with band mastermind Lemmy, guitarist Phil Campbell and drummer Mikkey Dee, as well as the road crew, who talk about life on tour. Viewers get a rare chance to watch the roadies doing their work, listen in to the soundcheck, meet the band's cook and accompany their entourage on the road. There is also an L.A. special, fans' comments and other special features. The icing on the cake is the DVD-ROM part with the "Life's A Bitch" realtone for your mobile, MOTÖRHEAD wallpaper for your PC and mobile, photos from the WrestleMania show in Los Angeles, and an extensive discography. All in all, "Stage Fright" offers over four hours of playing time and comes in DTS 96/24, Dolby digital 5.1 and AC3 stereo sound. It also features subtitles in the following languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.
In conjunction with the DVD's release, MOTÖRHEAD are due to embark on an extensive European tour and are scheduled to shoot their "Whorehouse Blues" video clip at a strip club in London. The 30th anniversary show will take place at the Hammersmith Odeon on June 16, with SAXON and GIRLSCHOOL also appearing on the bill.

The day before the 30:th gig in London a video for Whorehouse blues was shot. There has been rumours that it was supposed to be shot at a club called "Stringfellows" in central London. The venue changed and it was shot at a club called LA confidential instead. A bit hard to find but we made it...

www.bravewords.com/news.html?id=29703The news is as following: MOTORHEAD's Lemmy - "My Sexual Urge For Females Was Always A Driving Force To The Music" [Hot Flashes - 05.07.01 12:15:55] Ian 'Lemmy' Kilmister is a Rock n Roll icon. His legendary band MOTORHEAD has been going on strong for over 30 years, and there looks like no signs of the band, or the man faltering. "I play Rock n' Roll to the max," he told VH1, "Motorhead are a Rock n' Roll band, devoted to partying, booze, and sex". Sex is something Lemmy Kilmister is renowned for. The man claims to have bedded thousands of women, including ladies from Penthouse and Playboy. Lemmy isn't the most good looking of all chaps, but he's definitely turns humans on, whether with his music or with his lifestyle. But has his life been all women all the time? "People have difficulties overcoming guilt", Lemmy said, "One thing that makes us feel guilty is our sexuality. I know many good people who are gay or bisexual, and I'm proud to say that I can Rock and booze with the best of them. Why? Well, because I am one." You heard right, Lemmy has decided to come clean and spill the truth out to all his fans. "My sexual urge for females was always a driving force to the music. Songs like 'Limb From Limb' and 'Make My Day' were written as odes to the female body. But sometimes we, as men, can not always find females to be the more... err... nourishing gender sometimes. Y'know what I mean? Sometimes this... feeling takes you over and you wanna experiment and try out new stuff. I am proud of being a bisexual, and this still doesn't mean I don't want a little bit of p**** on the side (laughs)." "Prejudices are always hard to break. But I don't give a shit about what others think of me. Motorhead has never been about the critics. It's all the music. Just because I enjoy some guys doesn't mean jack. I still churn out the music every fucking night, all the fuckking time. I am proud of my fans, and they know that I always give 100%." Rock n' Roll, and in particular Metal has always been a rather macho genre. However, with legendary musical icons like Rob Halford (JUDAS PRIEST) and Freddy Mercury (QUEEN) admitting to being homosexual, the stereotypes have been stripped down. Lemmy's coming out may come as a shock, but can we deal with it? The man certainly can. "I love you guys. No innuendo intended!" Motorhead's Stone Dead Forever DVD will be out on July 4th through SPV.
