I'm attending the show in Philly and would love to hear some of the new tunes, but I just don't see it happening...what say you?

I think you are right. I don't see them changing up the setlist that much for new songs until the European leg. Although they did add Bomber the other night, I don't see them adding any songs from Bad Magic. It would be nice if they would start playing Bad Magic songs for the Philly show because my show is the next night in Charlotte!

I think Europe as that has always been the point they change the setlist. Right now I just hope I get to hear at least one of the new songs live at Newcastle or London next year, given Lemmy's health issues.

I was disappointed they didn't play any off of Bad Magic in Charlotte. Lemmy said "we aren't playing any off of the new record yet".

I saw an interview with Mikkey Dee back in the summer and he stated they never play any new songs until the album is released. I was surprised their setlist didn't change even after Bad Magic was released. Would it be because of no time to rehearse the new songs since they went out on tour before the album dropped?

In 2012 at Glasgow soundcheck I saw them listen to "are you ready" through the PA and work out how to play it...they then played it for the rest of the tour....its not like there playing complicated stuff....I would say there not playing any new stuff but bringing back old stuff like bomber to make the set list as easy as possible for lem to get through. As long as lem gets through the set it is hailed as a great victory which is why there not taking any chances with him fucking up new tracks

I saw them in Orlando last night and they didn't play any new ones. Having said that, I only spotted one fuck-up during Ace Of Spades but it didn't affect the song. He even played a decent bass run during Rock It which surprised me. If anything, Phil irritated the fuck out of me for interrupting Lemmy between songs.
