Thanks for the heads up Hielke, but AC/DC tickets tend to be extremely expensive, I think I'll pass as I'm saving up for a UK Motörhead show next year - so guess I'll stick to their records;) .

You're right, heard the ticket price is about € 85,- (and more) I've seen them 4 or 5 times but don't want to pay that amount of money for this concert. Excellent live band, no doubt, and I know it could be their last tour, but this time I think I'm not going.

£80 a ticket for the Wembley Stadium show so you wont be seeing me there, seen them many times at more reasonable prices and can do 2 Motorhead shows for that price so that's what I@ll do!

So anyone going to see AC/DC then. Saw them headline Donington in 84 and wasn't that impressed then when they were, possibly,in their best years(well without Scott that is) so ,as I said to Tim earlier, it would have been a difficult decision for me if the tickets had been £20 and they were playing at the end of my street so seeing as the tickets were a bit more expensive and they are playing 60 miles away I didn't bother. Saying that I would have liked to have seen them if they had been at a festival and I had been there anyway but never mind eh

I wasn't overly interested in the first place, but the boyfriend managed to grab his ticket when they went on sale at 9:00 this morning - like Hielke says, they sold out in less than one hour ... Now, why don't we bet on who's gonna replace Phil Rudd on tour (pretty doubtful he'll get out of prison in time); talking of "big shots" Dave Lombardo would be available, not very likely though imho, lol.

80 quid for a ticket? Did Brian Johnson not make enough money from those Radio Newcastle links? Crikey like

Indeed tickets are too expensive. Never seen the band but this time i have chance to go but the price is at the pain limit. Too high so to speak. Legendary band but yet ...feels like live music atleast for the big bands has become fun for the rich kind of thing. Festivals same thing, okey ya see many bands but still you pay lot of money to enter. Few beers, food at the area and over 150 € gone. Not mention accommodation, jouney and other stuff... It`s gone too big i`ll say. There is too many middle man to get their piece of the pie. Sad but true... Lets see if i can sacrifice meself financialy and see AC/DC @ Hämeenlinna, Finland

I shall be entering all the competitions I see to win tickets but sure as hell not paying the money. Hopefully doing Bloodstock for 1 or 2 days next year, high hopes for Trivium to blow the roof off there ( although its outdoors and theres no roof obviously!0
