Ye-heaa I can finally scratch two points from my idols-to-be-seen-live list. Alice Cooper played in Florence on 25th and Ozzy played in Milan yesterday. I was there, and then I was there too. The Milan Ozzy gig trip also included my mother, who, as some of you good people may know, is a huge Ozzy fan. Ozzy is quite amazing! He IS sober (i.e. really looked like he knew where he was) and sings great. Unfortunately the man had to quit the show shorter cause he, well, at one point it looked like he was about to collapse (but we did manage to se him exposing his ass, and hear Crazy Train). Too many years burning himself frail. Poor Ozzy. A- (or possibly A+ for the effort) Alice was plain perfect. Unlike Ozzy, the guy managed to quit abusing himself 25 years ago, and it shows. What I can't stand is that I was front row and didn't manage to grab the Billion Dollar Babies dollars, didn't manage to brag the picks, the sticks, or the whip. Too busy watching? A (or possibly A+ for the sheer quality) ;D

Nice!
Was Alice's daughter on stage in S&M gear?
I've heard he doesn't mind her being almost nakid on stage. It could be a treat for many.
I hope there are still many more performance years left in them.

Alice's daughter was on stage as an undead bride, actually. Wedding gown, blood and everything. Alice was quite dressed actually. Variations of his ringmaster attire. Groovy show I say ;D

I've seen Lemmy play in the old Hawkwind and the Brixton Academy all-night bash with Hawkwind et al, but I haven't sen motorhead or Alice. I'm sure they're gigs to remember Riccardo.

I wish I remember some of the other gigs I went to. I've been to gigs without remembering who the artist/s was but thinking' GREAT!' then not being able to trace the sounds again. I guess it was too much puff at the time. Goddess. My mum was a Slim Whitman fan. You can't get much more boring and depressing than that. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slim_Whitman
