What do you think about this one? In my opinion is one of the best hard rock albums of all time. Filled with excellent songs like Love Removal Machined, Lil' Devil, Peace Dog... Oooooooh I love this band, I like all the records they have made!!!
Have you seen their latest DVD, LIVE CULT? Great!!!! ;D ;D

You'd get along really well with one of my coworkers as he thinks the Cult is the world's greatest band. ;D Ian has one of the best voices in rock in my humble opinion - not to mention that he's probably one of the sexiest frontmen of rock. And like you care about that! Sonic Temple is the first of their's that I really paid attention to.l Just a couple weeks ago this was all I was listening to at work. Love Removal Machine is probably my favorite off it.

Electric is a great album, showing AC/DC how to make an AC/DC album at the time (1987) so between Fly on the Wall and Blow Up Your Video. it's quite a raw album compared to their next, the Bob Rock produced Sonic Temple. I'm not a massive fan of Rick Ruben's production myself, as he seems to create quite a flat sound usually, but I think it works well on Electric. Those 2 albums and Love are amongst some of my favourites, and the band were fantastic back then.
I saw The Cult for the first time in years in 2013, playing all of Electric as it happens, and I got to say Ian has well and truly lost his voice. He sounded pretty poor to be honest, which is a shame cause 25 years ago he was majestic live

See I was never a great lover of them post-Love, loved Dreamtime most of all. Give them their due they were great at Sonisphere a few years back, but for all the hype about Electric, it left me cold a bit
