The funny thing is that I didn't care for Boyd much when he was there but when he was gone I missed him.

He could be a tad arrogant but he was/is very clever. He nearly always managed to sound like he was right, no matter what he was arguing about.

His obsession with blood on the wrestling show was a bit tedious, though. He was wrong but refused to admit it for well over a year...he left before anyone could shout at him some more.

I used to like his late night shows. By the way John Lydon is James Whale's guest tonight. Any non UK Lydon fans can listen through the talksport website www.talksport.net Show starts at 10.00pm UK time but I imagine John Lydon will be on shortly after 11.00pm.

Was listening to Megadeth's 'Rust in Piece' - been a regular in my hi-fi for 10 years now, and it gets better every time.
Decided to listen to James Whale after Copey's recommendation - got bored after about 30 seconds.
Whale was ranting on about racism and how weak the current goverment is... are people not allowed to speak their minds any more? It seems as soon as an MP says anything accusational about a non-white person then they've got to resign on the spot!
Descrimination against race? What about descrimination against free speech? Having an opinion?
I used to like Whale years ago, but now he just argues for the sake of it - after his own cancer scare does he honestly expect his listeners to believe that he cares about the pathetic and irrelevant topics on his show?
Well, back to Megadeth...

I only recommended the show because John Lydon is a guest tonight.

I'm listening to Blondie (yeah you heard). Hmm I think that it's true. This topic will grow out of control and ultimately fagocitate the whole board. Run to the hills.

I'm giving Iced Eath's "Horror Show" CD a spin. I'm not sure about it so I'm trying to give it a chance.

I’m listening to ‘American hi-fi’ at the moment. I thought they were just typical American pop-punk after listening to their single (Girlfriend of the week), but first impressions of the album hold more depth. Some quite long, sweeping songs, quite psychedelic at times – almost like an American Oasis…
