Not me and that's for sure. It's my favourite album. Ever. By anyone. It's a one I didn't really fancy either - it was more on an impulse purchase, and I'm really pleased I went for it. ;D

Maybe the person misunderstood the poll and thought that 1 was the best, as in number 1... ?? I don't think a Motorhead fan would dislike Overkill, then you're not a Motorhead fan, 'cause Overikill is as Motorhead as you get. ;D

It was Lemmy of course... As he once said: Whatever it was, it was me, blame my ass! seems strange that he did a think like this but... Anyway I didn't 'cos I haven't entered anything until now 'cos of the browser doens't like the polls

The ULTIMATE heavy metal album of all time and the ultimate Motorhead album of all time. None since have ever come close. To see Metropolis performed live is one of my all time great moments. ;D

Welcome, Frankie1972! A tip-it appears your URL is incomplete for what you posted at the end. Enjoy the boards! Cheers, RC PS: Wasn't me who rated Overkill 1 out of 5. Danger! Bon Jovi fans! Who farted? ;D

The only to feel the noise, as the great man said, is when it's good and loud! Overkill is a seminal album marking the move from the raw, enthusiastic sound of the Motorhead LP to the polished professional stuff that was to come. Pay your price, is a classic track "and if you're still here then i'm gonna blow away your knees" what a brilliant track what a brilliant album. The best track of them all is Limb from Limb, complete with a Lemmy guitar solo!

Quality. The best of the Kilmister/Clarke/Tayler line up IMO. 4/5. Stay Clean has some awesome lyrical advice.

One of the few albums I have that I can play from start to finish and not skip any tracks. I love it! "Limb From Limb" and "I Won't Pay Your Price" are some personal favorites.
You can tell how much Lemmy likes this album, too: it has the most songs included in the set-list than any other album!

One of the greatest albums of all time. No more to say. When I play this record I am forced to bang my head, from start to finish...
Shake your head you must be dead if it don't make you fly 6/5 ;D

It's in the CD player/alarm clock thing, so I was awoken by Overkill. Quite a start to the day. ;D
